Hello Conchlers,

I have had a new snail problem sent my way today, and, I definitely do
not have a helpful answer. There's a poor pet snail residing in London,
England by the name of Damien that needs some professional pet snail help.
To see Damien and learn about his problem, please visit him at:
http://www.manandmollusc.net/helix_patient.html
I hope someone is able to help.

Thanks in advance for any and all help,

Avril Bourquin
