Now entered in my address book!

He WAS subscribed, found that he couldn't post, so unsubscribed when
after several requests for help he received none. Should I ask him to
resubscribe? If he has problems the second time (he may not; perhaps
his forst subscription wasn't processed properly?), will he get help?
