Hi, Everyone!
I acquired an Alphabet Cone from an old collection. I
just noticed however, that in American Seashells, Abbott
uses the form name Conus spurius atlanticus Clench, 1945;
however, in the Compendium, he does not list the "atlanti-
cus" on the typical form at all. Which is correct? (By
the way, I got the operculum with this, but unfortunately,
no data other than "Florida."
