WHERE?  WHERE?  Are the dive boats that let you collect?  We have been
kicked off of every dive boat in Florida for collecting????

As mentioned, Florida law requires a salt water fishing license to take
any live shells, but that is largely ignored.

And with 1300 dives in Florida, I have yet to find a boat that won't let
me collect. I do avoid the cattle boats, though.
