Good Afternoon, CONCH-L!

Can someone tell me if the above name is the name to use
for this shell; I am working on the old collection again.

The shell is labelled Ocenebra vokesae (Emerson, 1964),
but it is the shell given the above name in Abbott's
American Seashells.  What name should I use?
