Several years ago I bought a book entitled "Molluscan Melange" by Capt. Alex
Roth.  It tells you "How to prepare your Molluscs - for Eating"....It
includes, mussels, escargot, moon snails, abalone, trochus, perinwinkles,
conchs, whelks, scallops, oysters, clams, tridacna and much more.
