I'm sending along this information from Ann Buddenhagen, Chairman of the
North Carolina Shell Club's Annual Shell Show:
The Shell Show of The NC Shell Club, scheduled for this weekend
(September 19, 20, and 21) at the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll
Shores, NC, has been postponed due to Hurricane Isabel's approach to the
NC Coast. At this time, a Hurricane Watch has been posted for this
location. With the possibility of a landfall on the NC Coast sometime
Thursday (scheduled set up time!), it was decided to reschedule the
event. The North Carolina Aquarium has made its exhibit space available
to the Club for the weekend of October 10, 11, and 12 (Set up on Oct 9.)
