Can anyone pin a name on this one? A distinctive looking shell but I can't place it. Papuina?

I think this not a Papuina. I suggest this Cyclophorus c/f daraganicus HIDALGO 1888, he described also two similar spec. (prietoi and tigrinus) from the Philippines.
Papuina admiralitatis is much higher. The last whorl is round in Papuina, here you have edges in the whorl like in Cyclophorus, the lip on the aperture is also like Cyclophorus and not like Papuina.

best regards

Wolfgang
