     Hi all

I have a question concerning export restrictions. Several weeks ago I
inquired about fossil shell sites in France. I received two very good
site descriptions and plan on visiting these during my upcoming trip.
Does anyone know of restrictions on the export of fossils from France?
If not, what is the best way of getting them out of the country?
Packed in individual boxes in my luggage, carry-on, or snail mail? I
have received hundreds of shells from France in trades with no
problems, however never tried to physically transport them out (or in
for that matter). Any info will greatly be appreciated.
