Paul,
  Your statements about the Burch's book raising the question of your typing
it into your hard drive. If you are doing this via a word processor program
such as WordPerfect or Word, would you consider sending copies of your file
via email to interested individuals.
  I realize this puts the onus of the work on a single individual. However, if
you are already doing this for your own personal gratification, what about
consider sharing the wealth with others. It's a conchology way of expanding
information that otherwise is unavailable in this out of print wealth of
knowledge. Just an idea. DanShell
