Bubble-heads,

Abbott (1974) dismissed the name Hydatina physis for west Atlantic specimens, preferring Hydatina vesicaria. Harry Lee's new book Marine Shells of Northeast Florida (neflshells.org) uses Hydatina physis. So, is this a circumglobal species?
