Any Idea as to how Reid separates the Texas fauna?

Subject: [CONCH-L] New and renamed Florida Echinolittorina

Just about two years ago I presented the Florida Echinolittorina as then
currently understood. It represented the long research work of David G.
Reid. I noted that David was working on a monograph addressing all the
Atlantic Littorinids. Well, as Harry has already noted, David's paper is
out. As for the Florida Echinolittorina he has resurrected E. jamaicensis,
relegated E. riisei to the status of a synonym, and established the new
species name E. placida for the Florida shells previously identified as E.
interrupta. For more details see
