Dear Marien,
In your last post in which you mentioned "politicians want to take measures"
It is my impression that politicians do in fact want to legislate whenever possible and seek opportunities to do so. It is much easier for them to make a law that stops a small group like amateur or professional malacologists from doing someting than it is to write a law that stops building marinas,boating,building golf courses or resorts because many more people impacted.
