Marlo and Harry,  

I have a 2007 version of the book  Two Oceans which shows seven species of
Siphonaria from S. Africa on P. 139 .  I believe that S. capensis is
possible but more likely it is S. concinna (Sowerby I, 1823 or 1830),
depending on the source you check.  S. deflexa Born, 1778 and S. deflexa
Helbling, 1779 appear to be Nomen dubium [according to WoRMS) and Two
Oceans.
