I haven't seen a P. amabilis listed for a few years - doesn't mean they
haven't been offered, just that I haven't seen it.  The last one I saw a few
years ago was for something like $350 or $450.  Certainly not the most
expensive slit shell but a bit more than a night at the movies and a good
meal at The Outback.  Hang in there, if you really want it then the way
things work out it will show up eventually.
