My name is Carol Adamson and I am a Secondary Honors Biology and Botany
Instructor at the Academy of Mathematics, Science and Technology in Las Vegas,
Nevada. I have been collecting shells (living in the desert makes it mostly a
-buying shells) for the last several years. As some of you may know-I
recently sent a message out to create teacher collections, so that I may train
more teachers in Las Vegas to share the wonderful world of Mollusca with their
students. In the last three days I have been amazed at the incredible
generosity, time and information I have received from fellow shell
enthusiasts. I would like to publicly thank you.
Sincerely,
Carol aka..I'm just getting started! But I do love taxonomy and classifying
shells. I find this to be fabulous. My students were thrilled and amazed as
well.
