Thanks to Alan Kabat for the corrections. I was hoping that someone had
more definite knowledge. It's difficult to keep up with copyright law, as
it is occasionally modified and hardly ever simple.
 
Trust me on this one: Alabama state publications are ordinarily in the
public domain, even if they are formally covered by U.S. copyright
protection. Copy images at will.
