Hi Paul,

Sounds like a good project.  I don't know of anyone who is doing an index but
will be happy to let you know if I hear of such.  Sally was a friend who
helped me obtain a number of cyphomas and their relatives for my collection,
and I was glad that I completed my set shortly before she passed away.
