To Date we only have five students registered for the Jr. GGIA
Certification at State FFA Convention. To set up and conduct the
certification we must have a minimum of 20 students.
If you are planning to have students retest or take the Jr. GGIA
certification exams, I need the below information by 5 p.m. April
15th.
Below is previous email sent with Jr. GGIA Certification information:
So many students came close to passing the Junior GGIA Certification
that we are going to offer a retest on Saturday April 25th, 9 a.m. at
the State FFA Convention in Macon.
Students who passed part of the certification (written or plant id)
only have to retest on the section that they did not pass. Students
who did not pass either can retest on both parts again.
NEW! This year we are offering certification for Level II Jr. Plant
Professional Certification. If your student has passed level one they
are eligible to work towards and test out on Level II. (If you need
additional details contact me)
Cost for either testing is $10.00 for schools that are GGIA members
and $20.00 for schools who are not GGIA members.
Students must be registered by April 15th. Payment for the
certification will be collected the day of testing.
