Teachers,

The 2015 Georgia Junior National Livestock Show Award Banquet is scheduled for Friday, February 20th, 7:00 pm, at the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter in the Miller-Murphy-Howard Building.

Exhibitors (students who are actually exhibiting at the State Livestock Show in February or that exhibited in the State Market Lamb and Market Goat show in October) are eligible to order a complimentary banquet/dance ticket or a complimentary dance ticket.

Banquet tickets for parents and agricultural education teachers may be purchased for $15.00 each.  Tickets for non-participating children 5 to 8 years are available for $6.00.  Youth under 5 years old are admitted for free.

A 2015 Georgia Junior National Livestock Show t-shirt will be available for purchase prior to the event for $15.00.  T-shirt purchases will be added to the additional charges banquet ticket section on the “Fee Summary” page of the Georgia Junior National Online Registration website. Directions on how to purchase t-shirts are incorporated in the banquet ticket payment instructions below.  

Agriculture Education Teachers are able to request complimentary exhibitor tickets, purchase additional guest tickets, and order t-shirts from the Georgia Junior National Livestock Show Online Registration site:  http://www.georgia4h.org/public/apps/jrnatreg/login/login.cfm.  Please access the site and sign-in using your already created username and password. If you do not remember your user name and password that you created for this year, please contact Steve Walker at: [log in to unmask] or Dr. Ronnie Silcox at:  [log in to unmask]  Then select the Banquet and Other  Fee’s on the chapter’s front page.  The following instructions will appear:  

You must indicate which exhibitors will be attending the banquet and Dance. If you do not select any of your chapter's exhibitors individually, we will not have a record of who you have requested for and we will not designate any tickets for your chapter. Please be accurate and true when you order your complimentary exhibitor tickets. We must order a meal for each ticket ordered online and have found in the past that some Agents/Agriculture Education Teachers just order a ticket for every person when the exhibitor does not intend on attending. To help reduce the opportunity for increased fees, please be accurate with your order.

You will be able to access and make changes to your banquet ticket/t-shirt order until 12 noon on Tuesday, February 10th.
