Dear friends,
I am planning on putting together a directory of Russian Malacologists and
Conchologists which will include all people working on Recent and fossil
mollusks, as well as shell collectors and dealers in Russia (in English).
I would very much appreciate some feedback regarding a potential interst of
such edition for professional molluscan workers and shell enthusiasts in the
United States and other countries.
The last reference editon of this kind  - "Malacologists of the USSR" was
published in Russian in 1973 by O.V. Amitrov and is completely outdated today.
