Dear all;

First of all a very happy and fantastic 1998 to all of you (for those who
are not celebrating newyear on the 1.of January I just wish the best) from
the rainy Belgium.
Now my question: yesterday I received a parcel from the Philippines and on
it there were export-documents signed by the ministry of fishing and an
export licence from the government. Does anybody know if this is from now
on required for parcels from the Philippines? (It seems to delay your
parcels with about 2 weeks).

Best Regards;

David
