Paul:
Cernohorsky, 1976 does quote author eg  Family Mitridae Swainson, 1831.
 Most books like Mollusca: The Southern Synthesis do not.  Ponder, 1989
doesn't.  The question, lacking the original document, where do people
come up with author name and date for subfamily and higher?
