I agree with Paul's first six and can add three more.  Oh, I really agree
with his last one.

Deburgh's Latiaxis = Latiaxis deburghiae
Garter Cone = Conus genuanus
Rosy Harp = Harpa doris
Thick Ribbed Cardita = Cardita crassicostata
Winged triton = Biplex perca

Thailand Cone - Conus colubrinus thailandis
Kieners delphina - Angaria sphaerula
Purple Gyre Triton - Gyrineum pusillum
Phantasmagorical turban - you gotta be kidding!

These are still anybody's guess.

Bright murex - possibly Murex pellucidus??
Triangular nutmeg - probably a Trigonostoma, not sure which one
Fringed Bonnet - probably Phalium fimbria - maybe Cassis fimbriata
