Well I made it through a very dangerous (1 out of one hundred don't make it off the table ALIVE)surgery with flying colors.
I still have much pain to deal with but that's lessening everyday . So the hardest part of this whole thing is over and now
I need to get used to eating a meal smaller then that given to infants, 1 1/2 oz. per protein 3 times per day ,,(to get an
idea I can eat a meal about the size of my thumb). NO more starches of any kind, same for sugar and most dairy, I'll have to
find the joy in equal or sweet-n-low. the good side , a 6 oz filet minion will be 4 meals, a chicken breast , 6 meals, and if
you think you can just cheat alittle , no way , prices for cheating , a major eruption. So far in 4 days I've had 1/12 oz
puree chicken breast, 4 -6 oz sugar free jellos and 2 quarts of ice chips... Oh yummy.... but the benefits , a loss of 100lbs
is a easy goal at around 7-8 months, that's alot as this weight doesn't return... well ta ta for now , mark
