Kathleen:
Even if you don't collect any live shells a nite dive or snorkle can be an
adventure to remember. Life on the reef or in the lagoon is very different
at night. Different fish, echinoderms, molluscs, worms, and jellyfish are
out. The coral polyps are expanded and feeding. Look for some daytime
fish sleeping under ledges. It is something the try at least once. Do
take an extra flashlight, and you might want to wear a long sleeve shirt to
protect your arms - it is easy to bump into things at night. If you have a
tendency to stop and kneel you might also want tights or light weight
pants. Hope you have a good trip
