Hi, Conch-Lers!

I was given some shells at the COA convention with the following locality data:

"Collected by diver from Elgin/Franklin manifold, at 57 degrees
15 minutes North, 1 degree 51 minutes West. Can someone please tell me where this is? I don't have a globe, and my atlas isn't much help unless I pour through the whole thing.

Can someone please tell me what the nearest country would
be, or what body of water in which this is located?

Help!!!'

Thanks.
Linda
