Dear friends,
Several people offered help with our virus problems concerning the
SHELLERS DIRECTORY. These offers are very kind but we can tell you that
we have backups of all our files, so these are not lost. What is lost
are the e-mails in which new entries and modifications to the content of
the directory were sent to us.
Therefore, as Gijs Kronenberg in an earlier message pointed out, we ask
people who did sent such a message during the last three weeks, to do
this again. My request to you is: do not send an ordinary e-mail message
but submit the webform which can be found on the page of the SHELLERS
directory. Use this form also for your future modifications! By doing
so, you help us to reduce the work which is needed to maintain the
directory.
I have made some precautions to reduce the chance that messages will be
lost in the future (unfortunately this chance will never be zero).
Thank you for offering help and for your co-operation.
Best wishes,
Tom.
