Hello Linda,
        Can't help you with the first species you mentioned but can help with the
second.  I assume you have been looking for Acavus haemastoma in marine shell
books.  Acavus is a landshell.  If you have Compendium Of Landshells by R.
Tucker
Abbott, check out page 91, bottom row on the right side of page. The genus
