Re the stamps of Micronesia - it's just a "ha-ha"; the names are, I
think all correct for the shells shown on the sheet, but are given to
the wrong stamps on the sheet.  A second similar sheet gets the names
allocated to the correct stamps, so it's just incompetence of the
designer/printer.  There's is no rarity value I'm afraid - there are
lots of other stamps showing shells where the names have been mixed up
or are just plainly wrong.
