Ron,
  The problem may be browser specific. I first tried connecting with one
of my PC's running Netscape 4.7 and would get the U. Tenn. site but a
blank screen. I tried it at home using IE 5 and it came right up. Tried
again at work with netscape 4.7 and no luck. Tried Netscape 7 and I had no
problems.
  Moral or the story, as some of us use older browsers, we may be
preventing ourselves from getting the content from some sites.
