Ross,
I have not seen the Sanibel coastline since Charley passed through, but
I can tell you that the storm left our Englewood beach with about 15
feet of new sand. It replaced the beach that had been washed out by
storms earlier this year. A continuous cycle.

Perhaps Jose Leal could tell us what shape the Sanibel & Captiva
beaches are in.
