Sorry, still confused. When you say "handedness" is related to temperature,
do you mean that one species lives in colder waters and another lives in
warmer waters?  Or do you mean that one and the same organism, with one and
the same genotype, is sinistral in one thermal situation, but dextral in
another?  If the latter, I see no basis for separating it/them into species?
