Dear Jonathan,

Suggest you try to get a copy of "The Queen Conch" by Katherine S. Orr
and Carl K. Berg, Jr.
from Windward Publishing, Inc., 105 NE 25th St., PO Box 371005, Miami,
Florida 33137. This short booklet was published in 1987
(ISBN-0-89317-038-0) and provides a good overview of the Queen Conch life
cycle, plus a page on research and aquiculture, as well as a
bibliography. The booklet (only 32 pages) has a cover price of only
$2.50.

It may not be a definative answer, but it should help get you started...

Warm regards,

Bill Fenzan
