Right clicking an image in Windows operating systems displays
shortcuts to (mostly proprietary) Microsoft image management
software. Quick and simple but not very sophisticated image
management software. The primary shortcut is to the command
"copy", and you then paste the file (image) wherever you want.

So some images have embedded in them instructions to prevent the
shortcut (right clicking).

So you download the image by using the command "copy".

Better to use any of the few thousand non-Microsoft image
management systems. Download the image, crop it, correct the
color and lighting, sharpen it, and save it with the suffix you
prefer to use, all with the same number of keystrokes.

If it can be displayed on the screen, it can be downloaded. It's
as simple as that.
