Richard,

Thanks for putting together a very interesting site. Not having fresh seaweed to chew on (and not knowing what kind of fresh seaweed is desirable anyway), I take fish oil capsules. I'll bet the algae-grazing snails are good sources of DHA (and EPA?) as well.
