What is needed is armies of collectors going into forests slated for
logging (especially in Indonesia, which has a frightening and insane
amount of forest cleared every day), and collecting EVERY specimen
they can find, both for scientific study and collectors. If they are
going to be destroyed anyway, at least something could be saved.
Either that, or find some way to eradicate those responsible for the
logging.
