Personally, I see no problems with this approach. It is not a commercial
posting. I believe someone from Europe did this in the past. He was
removed for the list for apparent abuses and excesses. Once I made an
offer (which I will be repeating soon) to exchange stamps for shells. I
received no admonition from the list owners. Go for it.
