Dear Kim,
 
I am interested in them but know nothing about them.  If you are looking for
an expert you want to talk to Lindsey Groves at the LA Co. Museum of Natural
History.  Extinct Cypraea is his beat.
 
You know what I would love to own?  One of those huge fossil Australian
Cypraea!  I saw one at a show that was about 15 inches long.  Truly strange.
They wanted a ton of money for it though.
