Dag John,

Actually, this book has been reprinted 3 times, with some slight changes.
The 1960 edition should be the first one (1959 is also mentioned as
publication year - have to very this), in 1965 a second edition was
published and in 1972 edition the third.
If you provide me a picture of the book (cover, first pages.) I could find
out the exact publishing date.
