Hi Leslie,
According to the website New Zealand Mollusca
(http://www.mollusca.co.nz/speciesdetail.php?speciesid=179&species=Calliostoma%20%28Maurea%29%20granti
) it is a synonym of Calliostoma (Maurea) granti Marshall, 1995. When
you search for Calliostoma multigemmata (no -um, but -a) Powell, there
are a lot of hits in Google.
A perfect specimen of this species is offered for $20,- at
shellauctions.net.
Sincerely, Erick
