I have been "lurking" on CONCH-L for months and almost always find the
threads fascinating, funny, or both, even though, half the time I only half
understand what people are talking about.  I just like everything about
shells and am interested in anything about them.  It's disconcerting to see
a message about being bored.  Get off the list and let the rest of us enjoy
it.  Ruth
