Is there a way to learn which Florida and/or Massachussetts club(s) a person belonged to prior to 1964, when he died?

The Broward Club was founded in 1962.
The Greater Miami Shell Club was registered as a non-profit in 1970 but I'm not sure when it was founded. But originally the club was named the South Florida Shell Club. Not sure but my guess is the South Florida Shell Club may have been the first shell club in South Florida.
