So, how does this play out in real terms?  Do they outlaw the collection and
shipment of all seahorses from around the world, many of which are abundant,
because one species, somewhere, is endangered (equivalent to outlawing all
land snails in order to protect the green one from Manus Island)?  Or do they
intend to train customs officials to recognize various the various species of
seahorses?  Not likely.  Hopefully further details will be forthcoming.
