The Internet Hawaiian Shell News auction of shell books will close
tomorrow noon.  There are still books to be recycled with no opening
bids yet that I know someone on CONCH-L would want.  Some would be
excellent gifts to beginning shellers you know in your area.  One
outstanding book is "Hawaiian Nudibranchs" with excellent photos.
Another is "Banna Slug" also with excellent photos and information on
this west coast slug.  Two Golden books on N. American shells.  2 on
Cape Cod and Cape Cod to N.J.  Others on specific areas.  Bids now on
hand leave room for more bids.
 
All (100%) of bid receipts go to the HMS scholarship awards that have
produced excellent grant results in the past.
