Answer is No. It is because the toxin that comes from the Cones is one, a
neurotoxin and two, it would be almost impossible for a normal person to
dilute the conotoxin to the point where it will be less harmful. However
there is a company in Menlo Park, Calif. called Neurex Corp. which is
working on Conotoxins and using them for medical purposes as pain
relievers, etc.
