Dear Andy;-
Is this naming practice something like they do for race-horses, like
saving an unregistered name for a horse yet to be born? Can I mention a
name (like E. rindsbergi Weil, 1999) an be assured that the name will
not be used until someone finds a shell to match? Very Puzzling.
