Hello!

Could someone clarify/answer the following questions re; Born's
description/publication for Polymita picta?

Born 1780, Mus. Test. Caes. Vind., p. 386, plate 15, fig 17,
(Helix picta).

1) Is the year cited correct?
2) What is "Mus. Test. Caes. Vind."?
3) Is it Mus. Test. or Test. Mus. ?
4) Is it Vind. or Viad.
