Dear Jordan,

There are several options, depending as to how much money you are willing
to spend.

The most expensive, but most beautiful, is if yopu can somehow borrow a
screen projector (I believe such a piece of equipment is called a litepro)
- in any case, you plug it into the computer, and it projects on the slide
screen what you see on your monitor (yes, you can still use a monitor as
well). But, they are extremely expensive, and you need to know how to
operate them (but your employer may have one). You can even do an on-line
live demonstration.

The next options all involve somehow getting the content off the screen and
getting it onto another media. You will need to have a screen capture
program, which comes with many graphics packages.

You can then import this information into a presentation program (such as
Powerpoint or (much better) Corel Presentations). Develop the information
into a slide show, then take to a print shop to be transferred onto 'real'
slides. Alternatively, you could print onto colour overhead transparency
sheets.

I have either used or seen all of these methods, and all can give good
results. It depends on your budget (or your employer's hardware availability).

Hope this helps. I am not a techno-nut, but may be able to help if you have
any questions

Patty
