In my most humble opinion,,, anything that can be added to data helps ....it's easier to record the information now than it
might be 40 years into the future ..
All information finds relevance in reflection....
Also , saline content, depth , water temp, even sediment type could be useful ..

| mixture of shells which came from the sediment above and around the wreck
| and are mostly bivalves. I will have too look into the depths of my diving
| log to find the provenance. Should I keep them? Does the association with
| the wreck mean anything to anyone apart from me?
